Like the other reviews have mentioned, it is VERY firm at first but easy to break in. Its so useful! Its an expected color because its vegan leather. The sofa has also been very comfortable and accommodates more people than expected. They cancel the day of. After receding a call from Jason who was very apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service I am giving a full 5 star. I already have the fabric fraying at the seam on the back pillows. Minor detail is my only issue, Looks great, comfortable leather, dogs love it. Instagram knows too much but thats alright sometimes. Thinking about adding a matching armchair too. I love it. Very comfortablewe love the depth and the durability of the fabric. 10/10 would recommend! We got through that, got the couch put together and it is like a rock. We got our Albany Couch in the rust color and its beautiful. We wanted velvet because we'd read a million reviews about how it's easiest to keep clean of dog fur. I purchased one of these and when it came in, I loved it so much that I had to get another one. These pieces are beautiful. I have two cons, though: assembly DEFINITELY doesn't take 15 minutes for the sectional - more like 2 hours if you're doing it alone. This is a quality couch. I have a rambunctious puppy who is always jumping ,running ,playing and bringing toys on to the sofa and it hasnt stained, and it hasnt changed Colors. I do appreciate the depth of the seating area though, because I dont like oversized cushions as they hurt my back and knees. AWFUL Return Policy + AWFUL Quality Product, Shipping request woes, but couch is lovely. Everything is so well made, you can truly tell they take pride in their work. Luckily there is room for 2-3 depending on your size. After 2 failed attempts at getting a sofa into my apartment, this was PERFECT!!
