Thelma was a homemaker and loved being home to raise her nine children. She volunteered over 34 years of service in elementary schools; the last 24 years she was Grandma Chatwin to literally hundreds of children in the Goshen School Districts Foster Grandparents Program, working as a Teachers Aide in kindergarten.
