The aftermath of Doris confessing to John that she was the one who put the spiteful posting on his Facebook page and him getting upset with her, while at the Thanksgiving party, serves as a wake-up call for her. And when shes allowed to hold the screen without gimmicks and detours into curdled whimsy, Hello, My Name is Doris is a movie well met. On her way out, Doris spots John in his office and goes to him to say goodbye and make amends with him over what happened before and how much she cared about him. Is it necessary? Her first encounter. Fandango MOVIECLIPS Coming Soon has all the newest content in one place. The story is full of sweet sequences that beautifully depict how Doris' girlish enthusiasm for John brings her out of her shell, even though the situation begins to seriously concern Roz (Daly also gives a wonderful performance).
