rodan and fields recharge vs redefine

Thats life! Im ashamed to say that I once paid $400 for a regimen from a popular company that did nothing except peel my skin. After 4 months I have made back my initial investment and Paid for my Summer Vacation with my kids!!! Ive done so for a year and never had an issue. You send email after email and get no response. It bothers, because its disrupted the entire process I had going. I will be looking further for a class action lawsuit against this company. I have NEVER met a professional in the skin care industry that would recommend these products. Rodan + Fields' products are divided into Redefine, Recharge, Reverse, Unblemish, Spotless, Soothe, and so on. I have not gotten any response. I love the Rodan + Fields products so much that I became an independent consultant. The products are AMAZING! I do not have sensitive skin as I have used prescription Retin A and have not had any problems with it. I am planning to stop using R & F. Also, I NEVER had eczema in my life before using this product. I cant feel good about going forward w/ a company that does not believe in its customers. For me I will continue to see if I am as please and if I am I will become an consultant. I even tried the mildest SOOTHE face wash and it burned my face. And stopped spending hundreds of dollars on dermatologist recommended products that didnt work. This is not what I call a no hassle return policy. I havent bought one since I joined over 3 years ago. I purchased lash boost from a consultant and i didnt try it for several weeks mainly because i was just so busy i simply forgot. In Nursing school, you learn the basics about general medical issues. But the Reverse is what the online tool told me to get, and my consultant is in no way trained in anything skincare and had no other suggestions. Take Care! I do have to say you need to be very precise with the skin took test, I first ended up with Redefine and it was nice, my skin felt good, but I wasnt seeing results. My wife faced a similar experience with a return of products that did not do as advertised. Its that same science, I found it cause dry patches and never used it again. Once I purchased the product, I never heard from her again. Im sending it back and hoping I get reimbursed for everything I paid. Ive also found that Rodan and Fields products are FDA approved and that most out there are not. If you worked out for 2 months straight, then stopped working out, would your body change and go back and lose muscle tone? In fact when A picture surfaces that is unknown to us we will not post it until we have found that person and can confirm their story is legit. Lotions, creams, washes, etc only target the surface and your body WILL absorb a lot of those external toxins into your body. Just read your post, I have cystic acne scars on my face and would love to see your before and after pictures . And the customer service is fine- Ive never had any issues with it.
